How many days in advance do I need to reserve my car?
We recommend that you book your car at least 2 weeks in advance. During the high season, car rental companies may become sold out. We will accept reservations up to your arrival date.

How many days in advance do I need to reserve my car to receive my free ?
We recommend that you book your car at least 2 weeks in advance; this is to insure that the arrives in time (via US mail) for you vacation.

Is there a minimum rental duration to receive the free ?
No. The free is valid on any rental, while supplies last.

Is there a minimum rental period required?
There is a minimum rental period of 3 days.

What are refueling terms?
We charge guest for gas in the vehicle at the time of rental. If they return empty there is a minimum charge of US$15.00.

Will my car be available at the airport or other pick up location?
Yes, either your car or a shuttle will be waiting for you at the airport. If you prefer hotel drop off, select Hotel Option on the reservation form. (See the home page for a list of other locations.)

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Any Changes to reservations will be made upon request at no additional charge. A non-refundable deposit applies to all reservations. However, we do offer travel insurance should you want to protect yourself in the case of an unexpected change of plans.
